    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
    (Valid Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.)

    Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


    3. Shipping time

    Once processed, your order will be shipped from our logistics centre.
    The average delivery time to the United States is:

    8–12 working days
    (Monday–Friday)

    4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

    Total delivery time includes:

    5. Order Cut-Off Time

    Orders placed by 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.


    6. Customs & Import Charges

    U.S. customers will not be charged any additional customs, duties, or import fees on delivery.


    7. Address Modifications

    Address updates can be requested within 24 hours after placing an order.
    After the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes.


    8. Order Cancellation

    Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment.
    Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.
    You may still return items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
